• Assemble equipment including tractors, RTVs, mowers, and implements according to manufacturer specifications. 
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and functional testing to ensure proper operation. 
• Install accessories, attachments, and customer-specific modifications. 
• Maintain accurate records of work performed on service and assembly orders. 
• Operate equipment safely for loading, unloading, and movement within the yard. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop and assembly areas. 
• Assist with other shop duties as assigned. 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or equipment repair preferred. 
• Personal toolset sufficient to perform core job duties (special tools provided). 
• Working knowledge of small engines, hydraulics, and basic mechanical systems. 
• Basic computer and documentation skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. 
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Willingness to participate in Kubota Service EDUCATE training programs.

• Ensure repair work is performed accurately and on time.
• Manage warranty and recall processing.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards in the shop.
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales departments for smooth workflow.

• 3+ years of experience in service management, preferably in AG, construction, or power equipment.
• Knowledge of Kubota equipment or similar brands is a strong plus.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using dealership service management software (e.g., HBS, CDK, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Kubota or OEM-certified technician background.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Associates degree in Ag Mechanics, Diesel Technology, or related field.
